  • Seminole School District Announces New Superintendent

    After a comprehensive screening and selection process, the Seminole School board is pleased to announce Alfred Gaches as the district’s new Superintendent effective July 1, 2016. 


    Mr. Gaches graduated from Schulter High School in May of 1984.  He received his Bachelor’s Degree in History Education from East Central University in Ada, OK in 1988. His Master’s Degree was completed in School Administration from Northeastern State University Tahlequah, OK in 1996.


    Prior to his new position at Seminole, he was Superintendent of Mounds, Wynnewood, and Schulter schools.  The Gaches family previously lived in Seminole in 1992-93, when he coached and taught at Earlsboro and Mrs. Gaches taught at Varnum schools.
